At Limetow, every order is reviewed, prepared with care, and shipped using reliable delivery partners. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, estimated delivery windows, shipping charges, tracking updates, customs responsibilities, address accuracy, and assistance for delivery concerns.

1. Order Handling Time

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is verified, prepared, packed securely, and arranged for dispatch within 3 to 5 business days. This period includes order review, product checking, careful packaging, and preparation for carrier pickup. After your shipment is handed to the delivery provider, available tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

  • Orders are handled Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Peak seasons, promotions, or higher order volume may occasionally extend preparation times.
  • Orders placed outside business hours begin processing on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Windows

Delivery timeframes can vary based on destination, carrier route, customs checks, regional delivery conditions, and courier capacity. The estimates below are provided as general guidance and may change due to factors outside our direct control.

  • Domestic delivery where available: Usually 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • International delivery: Usually 14 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and route.

Delays may occur because of customs review, weather disruption, transport interruptions, regional restrictions, or carrier operations. Your tracking page will show the latest status available from the delivery provider.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are shown during checkout according to your delivery location, package size, order weight, and available delivery method. Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Free shipping may be offered during selected promotions, seasonal campaigns, or limited-time deals.
  • Priority or express shipping may be available for an additional charge where supported.
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

4. Shipment Tracking

5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling costs, or other charges required by local authorities. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping amount displayed at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, and local import fees.
  • Packages refused because of unpaid import costs may be refunded only after shipping and return expenses are deducted.
  • Customs inspections are managed by local authorities and may affect the final delivery date.

6. Delayed, Missing or Damaged Shipments

After dispatch, the carrier is responsible for moving and delivering the package. While courier operations are not under our direct control, Limetow will provide reasonable assistance with shipping-related concerns whenever possible.

  • If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not found, please check nearby areas and contact the carrier first.
  • Delayed or missing packages may require investigation by the delivery provider.
  • If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with clear photos.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Limetow is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misspelled address details.

  • Contact us promptly if you need to request an address change before dispatch.
  • Address corrections cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
  • Shipping address changes are not available after an order has been dispatched.

8. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned because of refusal, failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs fees, or incorrect address information will be reviewed according to the conditions below.

  • Reshipping: May be available after any required additional shipping charge is paid.
  • Refunds: May be issued after original shipping charges and applicable return fees are deducted.
